Recipe Ingredients for 8 layer casserole

1 cup Peas, Green
1 cup frozen corn
1 medium Onions
0.33 cup Rice, Brown, Medium-grain
1 cup, diced Potatoes, White, Flesh And Skin
2 medium raw Carrots
16 oz Extra Lean Ground Beef
14 1/2 oz Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes

Recipe Directions for 8 layer casserole

  1. Begin layers with cubed potatoes in a casserole dish, add cubed carrots, sprinkle with rice, add chopped onion, peas, corn, and browned ground beef. The last layer is the diced tomatoes. Bake at 350* for 1 hour.

  2. ** You may add salt, pepper, or rosemary for a nice added flavor**
