Recipe Ingredients for 8 layer casserole for the crock pot

1 lb extra lean ground beef
14 oz diced tomatoes
1 large carrot
1 cup frozen corn
2 cup basmati rice
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tablespoons Bacon Bits Simulated
1 onion
1 green pepper
1/2 cup water

Recipe Directions for 8 layer casserole for the crock pot

Brown ground beef. Place in the bottom of the crock. Then layer onion and green pepper. Sprinkle bacon bits. Mix tomatoes, water, chili powder and cumin together. Pour half the mixture over meat. Sprinkle the rice on top. Cover with sliced carrots and corn. Top with remainder of tomato mixture. Cook for 6-8 hrs on low.
