8/31/09 Cranberry, Almond, Pumpkin Granola/Bars - didn't stick as granola bars, half was baked and made as granola.

Recipe Ingredients for 8/31/09 Cranberry, Almond, Pumpkin Granola/Bars

1 1/2 cups oats
2 cups puffed wheat
1/4 cup wheat bran
1/4 cup flax seed
1 cup almonds
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1 1/4 cups dried cranberries
1/3 cup brown rice syrup
1/2 cup honey
1/3 cup brown sugar

Recipe Directions for 8/31/09 Cranberry, Almond, Pumpkin Granola/Bars

  1. Mix dry ingredients except fruit.

  2. Heat glue.

  3. Stir together, press, cool, cut.
