4 cup Original Cereal
4 large Egg, Whole
1 cup Vegetable Oil, Canola
1 cup Sugars, Granulated
5 tsp Leavening Agents, Baking Soda
1 tsp Salt, Table
1 quart Milk, Buttermilk, Fluid, Cultured, Lowfat
5 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached

Recipe Directions for 7 week Bran Muffins

  1. pour 2 cups of boiling water over the cereal

  2. mix wet ingredients with sugar

  3. add cereal

  4. add flour, soda, salt

  5. bake at 350 for 20 min
