Soft, delicious biscuits that are easy to make!

Recipe Ingredients for 7-Up Biscuits

2 1/4 cup Bisquick Original
4 oz Soda
4 tbsp Butter
1/2 cup Cream, Sour, Cultured

Recipe Directions for 7-Up Biscuits

  1. Preheat oven to 450.

  2. Mix 2 cups of the Bisquick, the 7-Up, and the sour cream together in a medium mixing bowl. (Dough will be very soft.)

  3. On your counter, sprinkle remaining Bisquick and place dough on powdered surface. Flip over to coat both sides evenly. Pat gently until desired thickness (1-inch for the best biscuits), then cut out circle shape (use a cookie cutter or the top of a glass).

  4. Melt butter and pour into 9 x 13" cake pan or other baking dish. Place cut out dough circles in melted butter and immediately put in oven for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.

  5. Enjoy!
