Recipe Ingredients for 7 Layer Tostada

4 flour tortillas
1/2 cup fat free refried beans
132 g Sour Cream Reduced Fat
28 g Fancy Shredded Fiesta Blend Cheese
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
10 green onions
1 teaspoon Quality Spices Cilantro
1 Sliced black olives

Recipe Directions for 7 Layer Tostada

  1. Lightly coat flour tortillas with olive oil (or cooking spray).

  2. Place in a 450F oven on baking sheet and watch carefully.

  3. When tortillas are crisp, remove from oven.

  4. Spread 2 Tbs of refried beans on each tortilla.

  5. Spread 2 Tbs of sour cream on top of refried beans.

  6. Sprinkle 2 Tbs of cheese on top of the sour cream.

  7. Spread 2 Tbs of diced tomatoes on top of the cheese.

  8. Spread 1 Tbs green onions on top of the tomatoes.

  9. Sprinkle 1/4 tsp on top of the tomatoes.

  10. Garnish with sliced olives if desired.
