Recipe Ingredients for 7 Layer Hot Dish

1 lb uncooked hamburger
1 salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
1 cup carrots, sliced
2 cups potatoes, sliced
1 can condensed tomato soup
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk

Recipe Directions for 7 Layer Hot Dish

Mix ground beef with salt and pepper. Put in bottom of casserole dish. Add remaining ingredients in layers in the order listed above, pouring the milk over the top as the final layer. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours, or until potatoes are tender.
