Recipe Ingredients for 7 Layer Casserole

1 cup Rice, Brown, Medium-grain, Cooked
1.5 cup Potatoes, Boiled, Cooked In Skin, Flesh
4 oz Carrots, Baby
1.5 cup, chopped or diced Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
12 oz Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes
1.5 cup Corn, Sweet, Yellow

Recipe Directions for 7 Layer Casserole

  1. Thinly slice raw potatoe to 1" layer.

  2. Dice carrots (onions optional) and place on top.

  3. Add canned corn (or peas) with liquid.

  4. Spread uncooked rice on top.

  5. Add cooked chicken, chopped (or raw grd beef) evenly over top.

  6. Pour diced tomates and liquid over top.

  7. Cook in a covered dish for 2 hours at 350.
