from Trader Joes. This was one serving. I added the 4 crimini mushrooms.

Recipe Ingredients for 6 Veggie Saute

1 cup Yellow Squash
4 piece whole Mushrooms, Brown, Italian, Or Crimini
0.25 medium raw Onion Red
3 cloves, raw Garlic
0.25 medium Sweetpotato
3 oz Peeled Mini Carrots

Recipe Directions for 6 Veggie Saute

Chop the veggies into chunks and saute them in Pam cooking spray. Sprinkle on some Lemon Pepper and a little garliic salt. Let them get some crisp on them from the pan.
