Recipe Ingredients for 6-layer dip

40 oz refried beans
8 oz fat-free sour cream
1 lb 90% lean ground beef
5 cherry tomatoes
1 cup cheese
2 green onions
2 cups salsa

Recipe Directions for 6-layer dip

  1. Mix beans and salsa, spread in bottom of 9x13 pan. Brown and drain ground beef, season if desired. Sprinkle over beans. Sprinkle cheese over beef. Bake 10 minutes at 350 or microwave until cheese is melted. Spread on sour cream and sprinkle chopped tomatoes and green onions.

  2. Serve with low-calorie chips.
