Recipe Ingredients for 6 Layer Dip

Recipe Directions for 6 Layer Dip

  1. Heat the beans if desired. Also, you can add 1 tbsp lime juice, 1 1/2 tsp chili powder, and a pinch of garlic to refried beans. Mix sour cream and taco seasoning. First layer beans, then sour cream mixture, scallions, tomatoes, olives, add cheese as desired.

  4. 1 c diced tomatoes (1 medium)

  5. 1 c scallions

  6. 3/4 c mexican shredded cheese

  7. 3/4 c fat free sour cream

  8. 1 3/4 c fat free refried beans

  9. 2 tsp old el paso taco seasoning mix
