Recipe Ingredients for 6 ingredient pancakes

1 cup skim milk
1 egg
1 cup flour
1 tbsp sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon

Recipe Directions for 6 ingredient pancakes

  1. mix gently and quickly until just blended

  2. use a half cup measure of batter per pancake - makes 3

  3. cook on sprayed medium high heated griddle, flip only once

  4. add warm real maple syrup or fresh fruit
