1 cup Spelt Flour
1 cup Wheat, Hard Red Winter
1 cup Rice, Brown, Medium-grain
1 cup Millet
1 cup Barley, Pearled
2 cup Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched
4 cup Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
0.5 tsp Leavening Agents, Baking Soda
0.5 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.5 cup Vegetable Oil, Canola
0.5 cup Honey, Strained Or Extracted
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Recipe Directions for 6 Grain Granola (Chanda)

  1. Chanda Seiter

  2. 6 Grain Granola

  3. 2 cups 6 grain mix flour

  4. 1 cup Barley, 1 cup rye, 1 cup millet, 1 cup brown rice, 1 cup wheat ? in wheat grinder

  5. 2 cups oats ground in blender

  6. 4 cups regular oats

  7. tsp salt

  8. tsp baking soda

  9. tsp cinnamon

  10. cup oil

  11. cup honey

  12. 1 tsp vanilla

  13. Stir all dry ingredients well then add oil, honey and vanilla. Bake at 325 for 7-8 minutes, take out and move around then bake for another 7-8 minutes.
