1 egg
1 slice of ham

Crack egg into a mini ramekin dish, poke the yolk to loosen it and prevent exploding. Add salt and/or pepper to taste. Place in a pyrex container that is full of water. The water level should hit the middle of the ramekin dish once inserted. Microwave for 1:25. Slice English muffin in half, lay egg slice and top with 1 slice of ham and ketchup if desired.
