Realllly tasty, Reallly satisfying and gratifying! A meringue base topped with cream and fruit.

Recipe Ingredients for 50 cal Pavlova!

27 g granulated sweetener (or whatever your box of sweetener says to use in place of 125g of sugar)
3 egg whites
16 tblsp pressurized whipped cream
200 g soft fruits

Recipe Directions for 50 cal Pavlova!

  1. Preheat oven to 150 celcius.

  2. Beat egg whites with an electric mixer to soft peaks that don't slide out of the bowl when turned upside down.

  3. Add sweetener in small ammounts and continue to beat until all incorporated.

  4. Pour meringue mixture onto a greased baking tray in a circular shape of about an inch thick

  5. Turn oven down to 140 celcius and bake for 1 hour. Allow to cool in the oven until cold

  6. Assemble just before serving by Topping with cream and fruit and serve in wedges
