3/4 cup apple sauce
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup rolled oats

Recipe Directions for 50 Cal Oatmeal Cookies

  1. Directions:

  2. - Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

  3. - Stir together the splenda, and applesauce.

  4. - Sift together the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon and stir into the applesauce mixture

  5. - Add the rolled oats

  6. - Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto a non-stick cookie sheet

  7. - Bake for 10 minutes

  8. - Makes about 17 cookies
