Recipe Ingredients for 5 sushi rolls for 3

250 g sushi rice
5 sheets nori
150 g smoked salmon
1 cucumber
1 carrot
1 avocado
1 tbsp rice vinegar

Recipe Directions for 5 sushi rolls for 3

  1. cook sushi rice according to package instructions

  2. add rice vinegar

  3. once cooled, put enough rice on a sheet of nori

  4. add whatever you want on it (avocado, carrot, cucumber, salmon). make sure it's all in long strips.

  5. repeat last 2 steps for all remaining nori.

  6. to have 1 roll each, count 0.6 serving
