Recipe Ingredients for 5 Minutes Chocolate Mug Cake

1/4 oz Coffee
0.17 cup Apple Sauce Unsweetened Organics
10 tsp packed Sugars, Brown
0.17 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar, Organic
1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 cup Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
0.17 cup Oat Flour
2 tbsp Cocoa, Dry Powder, Unsweetened
1 tbsp Organic Dark Chocolate Chips
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
1 dash Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for 5 Minutes Chocolate Mug Cake

  1. Combine 2.5 Tbsp strong coffee, 2 Tbsp unsweetened apple sauce, 3.5 Tbsp packed brown sugar, 5 tsp. cider vinegar, and .25 tsp vanilla extract in a bowl as the wet ingredients.

  2. Combine 3 Tbsp whole wheat pastry flour, 1 Tbsp oat flour, 2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder, 1/4 tsp baking soda, 1 pinch of salt in a bowl as dry ingredients.

  3. Add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, mix well.

  4. Spray 2 mugs with oil spray. Divide chocolate cake batter into the 2 mugs. Sprinkle each with .5 Tbsp chocolate chips. Microwave for 1 minutes 10 sec. to 1 minutes 30 sec. depending on the power of the microwave. Let ke cook for 5 minutes. Eat it right out of the mug.
