3 Teaspoon Juice
2 clove Garlic
3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 serving Sun Dried Tomatoes
8 olives Kalamata Whole Olives
1/4 cup Traditional Feta Crumbled

Recipe Directions for 5 minute Kale recipe

  1. chop Kale and let sit for 5 min

  2. sprinkle with lemon juice

  3. Steam for 5 min only

  4. Transfer to bowl and chop even smaller

  5. top with more lemon juice, olive oil and chopped garlic

  6. optional toppings are

  7. sun dried tomatoes

  8. kalamata olives

  9. feta cheese

  10. (I top with all)
