A halved, modified version of the infamous "5 Minute Chocolate Cake" made in the microwave.

Recipe Ingredients for 5-Minute Chocolate Mug Cake

2 tbsp all-purpose flour
1/2 tbsp granulated sugar
1 tbsp cocoa
1 tbsp skim milk
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for 5-Minute Chocolate Mug Cake

  1. Mix dry ingredients in a moderately sized mug.

  2. Stir in the milk.

  3. Add vanilla extract and chocolate chips.

  4. Microwave on HIGH for about a minute or so. The cake will crown, but will deflate once the heat stops.

  5. Give it a minute or so to cool & enjoy!
