Microwave Chocolate Cake ready in 5 mins - great for unexpected guests!

Recipe Ingredients for 5 Minute Chocolate Cake

6 oz Sugars, Granulated
110 grams Water
25 grams Cocoa, Dry Powder, Unsweetened
55 grams Vegetable Oil 100% Pure
1 large Egg, Whole
55 grams Milk
6 oz Flour

Recipe Directions for 5 Minute Chocolate Cake

  1. Put the cocoa into a small bowl or cup and pour on the boiling water, mix well.

  2. Microwave on high for 30 seconds and then stir well.

  3. Put the flour and sugar into a bowl. Add the cocoa mixture, milk, oil and egg. Mix well.

  4. Pour the batter into pour into a greased 8", deep microwave-proof dish. Microwave on high for 5 minutes. If it doesn't look cooked, microwave for a further minute.

  5. Let it cool in dish or serve hot with custard.

  6. Great served hot or cold and ideal for the children to make.
