Recipe Ingredients for 5-minute black bean soup

910 grams Black Beans
1 can (12 oz) yields Corn, Sweet, Yellow
210 grams Home Style Medium Mexican Salsa
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tbsp Chili Powder
0.5 tsp Pepper, Red Or Cayenne
1 tsp Quality Spices Cumin

Recipe Directions for 5-minute black bean soup

  1. Place all ingredients except chips, cheese, and sour cream into a soup pot over high heat.

  2. Bring to boil.

  3. Serve garnished with a small handful of slightly crushed chips, a sprinkle of shredded cheese and/or a dollop of low-fat sour cream.
