Crepes made with egg whites to keep it low-cal, but 2% milk rather than skim to keep it creamy.

Recipe Ingredients for 5 low-cal crepes

1 egg white
1/2 tbsp sunflower oil
1/2 c 2% milk
1/4 c flour
1/8 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for 5 low-cal crepes

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl

  2. On a (lightly oiled) pan on medium heat, spoon out a fifth of the batter. Cook both sides until slightly rubber-y with spots of light brown.
