2/3 cup salsa
1/3 diced tomatoes
4 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
8 oz. fat-free refried beans
1/2 cup fat-free sour cream
1/2 cup grated reduced-fat cheddar cheese
1/4 thinly sliced green onions

Recipe Directions for 5-Layer Mexican Dip (almost fat free)

  1. Spread refried beans in a 9-inch pie pan.

  2. Layer sour cream on top of the beans.

  3. In a small bowl, combine salsa, tomatoes, and cilantro.

  4. Spoon mixture over sour cream.

  5. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and garnish with sliced green onion (tops only).

  6. Serve with your favorite chips.
