A quick dip - a variation of the 7 layer dip. Use low fat versions of all the ingredients to lower the naughtiness of it :-)

Recipe Ingredients for 5 layer dip

160 g sour cream
160 g guacamole
1/2 cup spring onions, chopped
400 g refried beans, spicy
20 g cheddar cheese, grated

Recipe Directions for 5 layer dip

  1. layer each ingredient

  2. refried beans first

  3. then the soured cream (can add taco seasoning to this if you like)

  4. then the guacamole

  5. then the spring onions (add jalapenos and tomatos too if you like)

  6. then the grated cheese

  7. Chill for a few hours before you eat it!
