0.03 cup barley
0.02 cup triticale
0.02 cup flaxseed
1/2 cup skim milk
1 tablespoon pecans, diced
20 grams dates

  1. heat whole grain blend, pecans, and diced dates in half cup water until water is almost absorbed.

  2. Add half cup skim milk and heat until comes to boil.
