2 cups buckwheat flour
1 cup Arrowroot Flour
1 cups potato flour
1 cups flour, teff
4 cups millet flour
1 1/2 cups amaranth flour
2 cups bran, rice

Recipe Directions for 5 Grain Gluten free flour mix

  1. Sift each flour into bowl, gently mixing after each addtion

  2. Store in a dry airtight container
