1 medium onion
1 cup carrots
1 cup broccoli
1 green pepper
1/3 cup parsley
1 1/2 cup bulgur wheat
2 cups chicken broth
16 ounces garbanzo beans
1/2 cup mushrooms
1/2 cup zucchini

sautee onions first, then put in bulgur and broth, bring to a boil, add the rest of the ingredients, and cook 10-15 minutes or until liquid is gond
