Very hearty and filling soup, goes well with salad. Use low fat refried beans and calorie and fat goes much lower.

Recipe Ingredients for 5 can soup

19 ounce canned tomatoes
19 ounce pinto beans
19 ounce black beans
19 ounce kidney beans
10 ounce chicken broth
398 ml refried beans
1 chicken breast

Recipe Directions for 5 can soup

  1. Drain and rinse beans

  2. Cook chicken breast and shred

  3. Add all to pot and heat
