1 cup ONIONS, CHOPPED
1 cup RED PEPPER, CHOPPED
1 cup GREEN PEPPER, CHOPPED
7 cups GREEN BEANS, 2 CANS
7 cups WAX BEANS, 2 CANS
3 1/2 cups BLACK BEANS, 1 CAN
3 1/2 cups GARBANZO BEANS, 1 CAN
3 1/2 cups LIMA BEANS, 1 CAN
1 cup CIDER VINEGAR
24 tsp SPLENDA, 1/2 CUP

Recipe Directions for 5 BEAN NO SUGAR/OIL SALAD

  1. DRAIN GREEN BEANS, RESERVE 1 CUP BEAN LIQUID

  2. RINSE AND DRAIN REMAINING BEANS

  3. CHOP PEPPERS AND ONION

  4. IN A LARGE BOWL MIX BEAN JUICE, VINEGAR AND SPLENDA

  5. ADD PEPPERS, ONIONS AND BEANS, MIX WELL
