From "Makeover Meals" recipe card. May be more than 12 servings - I haven't made this in a long time but remember it made a bunch!

Recipe Ingredients for 5 Alarm Chili

1 pound lean ground turkey
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 green pepper, seeded and chopped
14 ounce pinto beans, drained
28 ounce tomatoes
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. black pepper, freshly ground
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper

Recipe Directions for 5 Alarm Chili

  1. Brown ground beef along with onion, garlic and green pepper over medium heat until beef is fully cooked. Drain off any excess oil.

  2. Add spices and beans. Stir together for 1 minute.

  3. Add tomatoes and bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer on low for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
