Recipe Ingredients for 47 Pan-roasted Mahi-Mahi with Pea Puree

2 cups peas
1 tbsp ginger, minced
1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp olive oil
14 ounce Mahi Mahi Fillets

Recipe Directions for 47 Pan-roasted Mahi-Mahi with Pea Puree

  1. Preheat the ove to 500 F, boil 2 cups peas until tender.

  2. Puree peas with 1 tbsp minced ginger.

  3. Add water/milk/cream/yogurt unti lthe mixture is the consistency of yogurt.

  4. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in an ovenproof skillet.

  5. Add Mahi-Mahi, salt and pepper.

  6. Cook unitl browned, 3-5 mins; turn

  7. Cook in the oven 5-10 mins.

  8. Reheat pea mixture serve with fish.
