Makes 4 servings



Needed something higher protein,low sugar with dietary fiber. Eat it all for breakfast.

Recipe Ingredients for 4 muffins or breakfast. (1pp) each

1/3 cup oatmeal
2 tbsp fiber one
10 gram greek yogurt
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
100 ml egg white
1/4 cup apple sauce
1 tsp vanilla

Recipe Directions for 4 muffins or breakfast. (1pp) each

  1. mix wet, mix dry then mix together.

  2. The greek yogurt is 1 tbsp, but the recipe builder would not allow me to put that in.

  3. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or so.
