This is a quick and easy breakfast. if you like softer eggs, boil for 3 minutes. Harder, boil for 5.

Recipe Ingredients for 4-minute eggs

2 large eggs, boiled for 4 minutes
2 slices Bread, Whole-wheat, Commercially Prepared, Toasted
1 teaspoon salt

Recipe Directions for 4-minute eggs

  1. Boil eggs for 3-5 minutes depending on your preference. 4 minutes still leaves the yolk a little running but not too.

  2. Spray toast with no calorie butter spray. Cut into bite sized pieces.

  3. Break open eggs over toast and scoop out of shell. Mix and salt to taste.
