Chocolate pudding and Cool Whip Dessert

Recipe Ingredients for 4 Layer Dessert

1 cup flour
1/2 cup finely chopped Slivered Almonds
1/4 cup margarine, melted (1/2 stick)
8 oz Fat Free Cream Cheese, softened
1 serving powdered sugar (1/2 cup)
2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Free Whipped Topping, divided
3 cups cold fat-free milk
6 oz JELL-O Fat Free Sugar Free Instant Pudding, any flavor (about 2 packages of 4-serving size each)

Recipe Directions for 4 Layer Dessert

  1. Heat oven to 350F.

  2. Mix flour, nuts and margarine; press onto bottom of 11x7-inch baking dish and bake 15 min. or until lightly browned.

  3. Set aside and allow to cool.

  4. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar with mixer until well blended.

  5. Stir in 1 cup COOL WHIP and gently spread over crust.

  6. Beat milk and pudding mix with whisk for 2-3 min. until blended and thickened.

  7. Spread over cream cheese layer.

  8. Top with remaining COOL WHIP.

  9. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
