Recipe Ingredients for 4-cheese macaroni and cheese

1 lb macaroni
41 g unsalted butter
9 g minced garlic
24 g flour
2 c skim milk
61 g Cooper cheese
83 g Vacherin
102 g part skim mozzarella
55 g Parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for 4-cheese macaroni and cheese

  1. Boil noodles.

  2. Melt butter. Saute garlic. Stir in flour until smooth.

  3. Add milk and cheeses. Heat and stir until smooth.

  4. Pour over drained noodles in glass baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees about a half hour.
