Recipe Ingredients for 4 Bean Vegetarian Chili

3/4 cup white kidney beans
1 cup black beans
3/4 cup kidney beans
3/4 cup chickpeas
30 oz stewed tomatoes
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1 1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
1 1/2 cup yellow bell pepper, chopped
1 1/2 cup orange bell pepper, chopped
1 medium red onion, chopped
1 tbsp dried basil
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp dried oregano
1 tbsp parsley flakes
1/2 tbsp red pepper flakes

Recipe Directions for 4 Bean Vegetarian Chili

  1. Combine soaked beans and all other ingredients in slow cooker.

  2. Cook on high 4 - 5 hours.
