Recipe Ingredients for 4 Bean Spicy Soup

12 oz Beans Mixed
1 tbsp Olive Oil
2 medium Carrots
2.5 small Onions
2 tbsp Chipotle Peppers
14.5 oz Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added
6 oz Whole Kernel Corn, No Salt Added
0.5 cup Spinach
1.5 tsp Cumin
4 oz Beans Mixed

Recipe Directions for 4 Bean Spicy Soup

Saute onions and carrots with the cumin and chipotle peppers. Put everything else in a small croc pot, fill with water until there is about 1 inch left to the top. Cook at least 6 hours on low, depending on desired texture.
