A light healthy salad that's easy and great for picnics and just to eat.

Recipe Ingredients for 4 Bean Salad

1 3/4 cups green beans
1 3/4 cups wax beans
1 3/4 cups Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans, Bengal Gram), Mature Seeds, Canned
1 3/4 cups Beans, Kidney, Red, Mature Seeds, Canned
1/4 c onion
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for 4 Bean Salad

  1. Thinly slice onion (preferably sweet). Set aside.

  2. Drain each can of beans and pour into a bowl or container.

  3. Add onions and remaining ingredients. Stir or shake.

  4. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight.

  5. Stir and serve.
