Very high in Fiber!! Wonderful anytime of year!! serving size about 1 cup

Recipe Ingredients for 4 Bean Salad

2 cups green beans (yellow ones called wax beans)
2 cups green beans
2 cups kidney beans
2 cups chickpeas
1 small red onion
1/4 cup water (warm to hot)
1/4 cups canola oil
1/4 cup vinegar (apple works best)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/8 cup splenda

Recipe Directions for 4 Bean Salad

  1. Empty each can to drain, put in XL mixing bowl

  2. In another bowl add in all ingred, pour over beans and mix

  3. make the day before needed tastes better, or chill for 4-6 hrs
