Recipe Directions for 3SRW Tuna w/celery, oregano, celery seed sammiches

Begin toasting bread. Open can and drain but not forcefully. (Why remove water moisture to replace with mayo? leave tuna moist.) Empty into bowl. Add 2 tbsp Hellman's extra virgin olive oil mayonnaise to bowl. add 1tbps each oregano and celery seed. Slice and add 1/2cup celery to bowl. Stir. Lay toast fat, cover 3 slices with jalapeno slices, cover with tuna mix, top with final slices, slice diagonally. Makes 3 sammiches.
