Low fat apple crisp, fast and easy hi fiber treat

Recipe Ingredients for 3min Apple crisp

1/4 cup Oatmeal cookie mix
1/4 cup oats
2 egg whites
1 green apple

Recipe Directions for 3min Apple crisp

  1. cut apple in half, core can remove stem.

  2. mix egg whites with oatmeal and cookie mix

  3. pack mixture on to apples and bake for 20-25 min (unil apple is soft)
