Theoretically, this should be great. This is my new healthy Chicken recipe.

Recipe Ingredients for 3C Bake

10 oz. shredded Red Cabbage
38 oz. skinless chicken breasts
100 grams Dijon mustard
16 oz. baby carrots
2 cups water

Recipe Directions for 3C Bake

  1. Lay cabbage in casserole.

  2. Cover with 2 cups water.

  3. Top with chicken breasts. Use paring knife to "tenderize" chicken breasts by poking little holes in them. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  4. Spread mustard on top of chicken.

  5. Top with baby carrots. Cover casserole. Cook at 350 degrees for 30-50 minutes, until done.
