500 g chard
3/4 c lentils
100 g onion
200 g potato
1/4 c lemon juice
1 tbsp garlic
1/2 c coriander, fresh
3 l water
1 tbsp cumin powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for 3adas b7amoud

  1. Boil lentils for 10 min.

  2. Add onion, potato, garlic, salt, cumin, coriander and boil for 20 min.

  3. Add chard and coriander leaves. Turn off heat after about 5 min.

  4. Add lemon juice.
