a tasty meal I like to make at home, it's quick and easy.

Recipe Ingredients for 300 calorie burger

1 slice,medium Red Onion (whole)
1/4 tbsp Salt
4 oz Ground Chicken, Turkey Burger
1 hamburger buns
1/8 cup Mushrooms
1 leaf,large lettuce
1 tbsp soy sauce

Recipe Directions for 300 calorie burger

  1. heat a pan on your stove to medium heat and spray with non-stick cooking spray as desired.

  2. Form chicken or turkey into 4oz patties then add salt AFTER forming patties

  3. Cook patties flip as desired for best taste until fully cooked (I like to flip every 30-40 seconds with beef but im not so sure with chicken since it has less fat it will crumble)

  4. cook mushrooms and onion in 1 tbsp of soy sauce.

  5. put your burger together and enjoy.
