14.5 oz Stewed Tomatoes, Original Recipe
0.5 cucumber (8-1/4") Cucumber

Recipe Directions for 30 Second Gazpacho

Chill the can of stewed tomatoes in the refrigerator. Combine with 1/2 unpeeled cucumber in blender with 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar, a dash of cayenne pepper, celery salt and ground black pepper. Blend until smooth.
