Makes 4 servings



Thick and chunky chili. You can add beef broth if you like a more soupy chili. Try to find tomatoes and chilies with low sodium, you can't taste the difference. I add low fat cheddar cheese and greek yogurt (instead of sour cream - tastes even better!) and it only adds 4g of fat.

Recipe Ingredients for 30 Minute Chili

1 lb 95% lean ground beef
1 cup diced onion
2 tbsp diced garlic
15 1/2 oz S&W Chili beans with sauce
10 oz diced tomatoes with green chilies
2 tbsp chili powder
3/4 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for 30 Minute Chili

  1. Brown beef with onlion and garlic.

  2. Add tomatoes (with juice) and seasonings and let simmer 10 min.

  3. Add beans (with sauce) and let simmer another 10 min.

  4. Serve steaming hot!
