My version of RR's Black Bean Chili

Recipe Ingredients for 30 Min Chili Revised

1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
1 pound beef, ground, 90 percent lean
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons dark chili powder
1 tablespoon cumin
14 1/2 ounce diced tomatoes, drained
30 ounce black beans, drained
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro

Recipe Directions for 30 Min Chili Revised

  1. Heat oil in pan.

  2. Saute veggies.

  3. Add ground beef, Worcestershire, chili powder, and cumin.

  4. Cook until meat is browned.

  5. Add tomatoes and beans.

  6. Bring to boil and simmer to desired thickness.

  7. Stir in cilantro just before serving.
