6 slices Arnold multi-grain bread (100c each), 1 can StarKist chunk white tuna in water (120c) 1oz (about 1/4c) Hellman's mayo, 1tsp dill seed, 1tsp Old Bay.

Recipe Ingredients for 3 Tuna Fish sandwiches

6 sl 100% Whole Wheat
4 oz drained Tuna
1 oz Real Mayonnaise
1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery
1 tsp Dill Seed
1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning

Recipe Directions for 3 Tuna Fish sandwiches

Start toasting bread (medium). Slice celery stalk lengthwise then chop finely, add to bowl. Drain tuna, add to bowl. Add 2tbsp mayo to bowl; mix with fork to break up tuna. After mixing, add dill seed and Old Bay. Mix again then spread evenly onto 3 toasted slices. Press 3 additional slices down firmly, cut diagonally. Makes 3 delicious tuna fish sandwiches totaling under 932 cal!
