Nummy dip for crackers or dark breads

Recipe Ingredients for 3 seed pate

1 c. sunflower seeds
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
2 cloves garlic
1/2 c. Hulled Hemp Seed
0.33 cup fresh lemon juice
4 green onions
2 tbsp tahini
2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp miso
1/2 cup fresh parsley
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Recipe Directions for 3 seed pate

  1. Drain and rinse seeds- soak over night (You really have to do this or it won't work!!!!!!!!!!!)

  2. put everything in food processor and mix until smooth.

  3. This recipe can be Halal/Kosher depending upon where you get your ingredients.
